Boston Celtics point guard Kemba Walker had gotten off to a slow start against the Charlotte Hornets. Fortunately, he has finally managed to find his footing against his old team.

Walker provided fans at the Spectrum Center with a familiar sight by hitting a stepback three-pointer over forward PJ Washington, via NBA Twitter:

It is safe to say that Walker's return has provided a healthy dose of nostalgia for all parties involved. Plays like these are a reminder of what he was doing in Charlotte for the first eight years of his career.

The game got off to a bit of a slow start for Walker after barely scoring his first field goal just minutes into the third quarter. Regardless, he is certainly cooking now as the Celtics look to secure a six-game winning streak.

Although Walker may have started a new chapter in his career, it is clear that he still has strong ties to Charlotte.
