Kristen Ledlow is a big fan of Al Horford, and she feels his decision to join the Boston Celtics means bigger than many think. In an interview on the Celtics Beat Podcast, Ledlow spoke about her expectations of Horford in Boston.
The Celtics will face off against the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden on Christmas Day, which is one of the biggest days in the NBA according to Ledlow.
Christmas day is the first time that the NBA takes front and center, and this year there’s a lot of storylines to follow.
Indeed there will be plenty of storylines to follow with five games scheduled on that day, but her focus is about the Celtics.
She believes the Celtics will be one of the best teams in the Eastern Conference because of Horford's presence on the team.

The addition of Al Horford is going to be more monumental than people have placed on it .. [Horford] is going to be adding that veteran leadership that I don’t think anybody can really put into words right now. The presence he brings to the locker room and floor as well. The way he can make everyone on the team better.
She also believes Horford's leadership style of show and not tell, as well as his experience will be one of the reasons the young Celtics will get a huge boost.
