One of the Boston Celtics' priorities heading into the 2022 NBA trade deadline was to get under the luxury tax, and they've just accomplished that by consummating a small trade with the Orlando Magic. According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the Celtics are dealing P.J. Dozier, Bol Bol, a future second-round pick and cash to the Orlando Magic for a future second-round pick.
Dozier and Bol are both out for the season. They were recently traded to Boston by the Denver Nuggets. Here are more details on the deal:

Bol and Dozier are on expiring contracts
Bol has $707K remaining on his $2.1M contract and Dozier $626K on his $1.9M salary.

The Celtics had reportedly been dangling Dennis Schroder in trade talks as a way to get out of the luxury tax. That's not necessary now, but that doesn't mean Schroder won't get dealt. If Boston finds a deal to its liking, the veteran guard could find himself in a new home:

The Milwaukee Bucks were recently linked to Schroder, with Donte DiVincenzo being a possible return piece. However, DiVincenzo was just traded to the Sacramento Kings in a four-team trade, so that option is out.
As noted above, it looks like Josh Richardson won't be going anywhere. There has been a decent amount of interest in the veteran wing.
The Celtics have started to pick things up after an ugly start to the season, winning six games in a row and doing it in rather dominant fashion. Boston is now starting to look like the contender many believed them to be, so we'll see if there's anything else in store for them ahead of the deadline.
The Magic are waiving E'Twaun Moore to help make this deal happen, per Yahoo Sports' Chris Haynes.
