The All-Star starters have been named, as have the captains of the teams in LeBron James and Stephen Curry. There's no telling who Curry and James are going to pick for their squads, but Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks has chimed in, per Eric Nehm of ESPN Milwaukee.

There are some things to unpack here. First, there's no way Antetokounmpo gets picked lost. No way in Hades. If by some act of the basketball gods Antetokounmpo does get picked last by other James or Curry, it can be argued that those two just don't watch basketball.

The other thing — and this is most important — is no one will have any way of knowing whether or not Antetokounmpo was picked last because the NBA is not televising the All-Star Draft.

The league not televising this event is probably one of the most ridiculous decisions its made regarding anything All-Star related since they incorporated the wheel in the Dunk Contest. The entire reason the draft is interesting is to see who Curry and James pick, in what order, and the reactions of all the players.

The NBA Draft is televised, and all these storylines come out of it, the most interesting one often being who gets snubbed and who gets picked too high or too low. Finally, the NBA does something truly compelling for All-Star and they choose now to show the world the most compelling part of it? Awful.

So really, Antetokounmpo shouldn't worry about anything regarding the drafting process because it's automatically no fun.
