Dallas Mavericks head coach Jason Kidd isn't exactly feeling the pressure ahead of their Game 7 clash against the Phoenix Suns on Sunday night. The season will be on the line for Luka Doncic and the Mavs and a loss will send them on yet another early summer vacation, but at this point, the 49-year-old shot-caller is staying calm and collected.
When asked whether or not there is any pressure on him and the Mavs, Kidd responded in a rather unexpected manner:

Kidd has been in his fair share of Game 7 contests — both as a player and as a coach — and it looks like he's gotten wiser with time. In his mind, he would much rather treat Sunday's showdown as if it were any other game:
“For the most part I don’t try to change anything for just one game,” Kidd said. “You’ve got to stay in character.
“The coach stays in character, the players stay in character. Everyone stays in character, and then you execute.”
We all know this isn't going to be your typical game, though. Much like the Mavs, the Suns will also be leaving it all on the floor as they look to return to the Western Conference Finals for the second year running.
