Luka was cookin' indeed. Trae Young has himself had these types of nights and he knows first-hand how it feels to have the hot hand.

Doncic kept his foot on the pedal throughout the game, finishing with a career-high 51 points on 17-of-26 shooting, to go along with nine rebounds, six assists, a steal, and a block in 40 minutes of play. Doncic also went 7-of-14 from distance during his career night.

More importantly, Dallas escaped with a 112-105 victory against their arch-rivals. Interestingly, the Mavs and the Clippers face off again on Saturday. Dallas is now up 2-1 in the series against the Clippers ahead of their final matchup of the season.
