The Detroit Pistons are listing All-Star power forward Blake Griffin as questionable to play on Tuesday at home against the Memphis Grizzlies.

Griffin is still dealing with left knee soreness. The high-flyer returned from his three-game absence on April 5 and dropped 45 points against the Oklahoma City Thunder. Griffin put up 16 points on Sunday versus the Charlotte Hornets, but he was laboring.

The Pistons are in the eighth and final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference. They have to win against Memphis and the New York Knicks on Wednesday if they want to make the playoffs for the first time since 2016. The Hornets and Miami Heat are both just one game back of Detroit.

Blake Griffin has been a monster all season for the Pistons. He's averaging 24.8 points, 7.6 rebounds and 5.4 assists per game while shooting 46.2 percent from the field, 36.2 percent from beyond the arc and 75.3 percent from the free-throw line.

Everyone knows Griffin isn't 100 percent right now. The rest of the players on the Pistons, particularly Andre Drummond and Reggie Jackson need to step up in these last two games and carry the load since Griffin isn't at his full capacity.

Fortunately for Detroit, the Grizzlies and Knicks are two of the worst teams in the NBA.
