New Charlotte Hornets center Dwight Howard has made a name for himself as someone who doesn't take online trolls lightly. He has entertained some made to him in the past, and recently did it again by clapping back at one of his critics on Twitter.
The 31-year-old replied not just once, but three times in a thread that had more than 50 people joining after. He even agreed to some tweets posted that showed support for him.

Howard was part of a surprising trade last month that landed him in Charlotte in exchange for Marco Belinelli, Miles Plumlee and the 41st overall pick in the draft. It also added to the shock of many hat he only joined the Atlanta Hawks last summer and had a decent season with averages of 13.5 points, 12.7 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.2 blocks per game. However, with the team rebuilding, they took advantage of an offer that will help them speed up the process, and acquired three assets in return.
Now with the Hornets, the former three-time Defensive Player of the Year winner will have a chance to prove his doubters wrong, and show everyone that he still has a lot of game left in him. It will also give him the opportunity to start fresh, with a team looking to make a lot of noise in the East, and even contend against the some of the favorites in their conference.
