Klay Thompson went down with a major injury scare in the fourth quarter of the Golden State Warriors' huge victory over the Toronto Raptors in Game 2 of the NBA Finals. Thankfully, the Warriors were able to hang on to the win and tie the series up at 1-1. Now, the concern has shifted to Thompson's hamstring.

He was quickly ruled out of returning for Game 2 due to hamstring tightness. There was a video of him after the game limping in a big way with a big bag of ice on the back of his leg.

Following the big win in Game 2, Thompson gave an update on his status for Game 3. It sounds like he is planning to play and doesn't think he will have to miss any time with this injury.

Unfortunately for the Warriors, this could be something to keep an eye on for the rest of the series. Any hamstring issue could be something that nags at a player long-term. Thompson may start feeling better ahead of Game 3, but that does not mean that the hamstring is completely healed.

Thompson ended up scoring 25 points in Game 2 on 10-of-17 shooting. Without his jumper in the first half, the Warriors may have been in too big of a hole to come back from.

Golden State will take the court for Game 3 against the Raptors on Wednesday night. They will be back at Oracle Arena and the crowd is going to be loud. Toronto is a quality basketball team, but this will be a huge test for them.

Expect to hear more news about Thompson in the next couple days as tests are done and he tries to get back on the court.
