One thing fans hate to see in the NBA is when referees give unwarranted technical fouls. After all, a technical at the wrong moment can be a determining factor in deciding the outcome of a game. Players have received technicals for celebrations, yelling ball don't lie after a missed free throw, or sometimes from clapping and laughing on the bench like Tim Duncan. Golden State Warriors defensive star Draymond Green has had his fair share of technical throughout his career.

While he admits it's 100 percent his fault at times, the Warriors star noted that the tech he received against the Sacramento Kings on Sunday wasn't one he deserved. For what it's worth, it is his 12th of the season.

“You can't just say to a guy, ‘That's it! stop talking!' We're all grown men at the end of the day. So it's a way you talk to people, and you know just because you're in a position of authority doesn't mean you can talk to us like we're children,” Green told ClutchPoints.

Players with a reputation similar to Draymond Green's don't always get a fair shot when engaging with the officials. Some players are allowed to talk more than others. The Warriors forward, however, is never shy about sharing his feelings on controversial subjects, especially when he believes he's right. He didn't hold back any comments in his postgame interview.

“We're adults, and there should be a mutual respect,” Green added on receiving his latest technical.

Fortunately, this technical didn't impact the game much. The Warriors went on to beat the Kings, 117-113. Draymond racked up his second straight double-double, as he recorded a season-high 14 rebounds and 13 assists.

The Warriors now look ahead to their matchup with the Dallas Mavericks as they attempt to complete a sweep on their three-game homestand.
