Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green has been quite busy this season. Apart from being one of the key players for the Dubs, the four-time All-Star is also the man behind the highly-popular Draymond Green Show podcast.

Green recently spoke out about one major dilemma he faces as the host of a renowned program. According to the Warriors star, it's not easy trying to be an unbiased host when you run the risk of facing the wrath of your peers:

“That's the fun part,” Green told Melissa Rohlin of FOX Sports. “That's the challenge. Like, how to be critical of a guy while understanding that you have to play that guy probably. Or understanding that that guy could be a teammate in a month, a year.”

Be that as it may, Green tries to be as professional as he can. The Warriors veteran understands that this is all part of the gig and that it's his responsibility to give his audience what they want and what they need to hear.

“I 100 percent want to be critical,” Green said. “That's the job. Like, how are you ever respected if you're not going to be critical and tell the truth? But my goal is to never — I don't like to make it personal.”

Now at 32 years of age, it's no secret that Draymond Green is no spring chicken. However, it sounds like the Warriors star has already found his calling once he hangs it up.
