The NBA has rescinded the recent technical foul issues on Draymond Green during Game 2 of their Western Conference semi-finals matchup against the Houston Rockets, and the two-time All-Star is happy with the decision.

Had the league stood by its initial decision, it would've been Green's fourth technical foul, meaning he'd be three away from a one-game suspension. Having it rescinded means he can still play a bit loose and allow his emotions to come out.

The Warriors know full well the repercussions of losing Green in a crucial playoff game. In 2015, he was suspended in Game 5 of the NBA Finals, and it shifted the momentum to the Cleveland Cavaliers, who came back to win the championship despite being down in the series three games to one.

Golden State is gunning for their third straight title, meaning Green will need to watch his actions in order to avoid yet another suspension.

Green has been playing great against the Rockets. In the first two games, he's averaged 14.5 points and 10.5 rebounds, helping the Warriors build a 2-0 series lead. He's starting to regain his All-Star form after struggling for most of the regular season due to various injuries and off-court issues.

Although the Warriors are loaded with offensive firepower because of Kevin Durant, Steph Curry, and Klay Thompson, Green is still an integral part of their rotation and will play a key role in Golden State's bid for a 3-peat.
