Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green seems to have regained his old form, as he's been stellar for the team in the first two games of the Western Conference semi-finals.

The two-time All-Star is averaging 14 points, 10 rebounds, and seven assists against the Houston Rockets in the second round of the playoffs. In his interview with The Athletic's Marcus Thompson II, Green admitted that his improvement has something to do with him being healthy.

“I feel great out there. I think it’s showing in my play. But it’s a long road for what we want to do. … Health plays a big part in that. It feels good to be healthy. I haven’t been healthy in a while. It feels good to step out there and not have an ache. … Feels good to go out there and be healthy and play the game I love with my body feeling good.”

Green has missed 16 games during the regular season due to various injuries. Although it's not that significant, it is worth noting that he struggled during the times that he played.

But now, Draymond is slowly but surely reminding everyone that he's also one of the reasons why the Warriors are in a position to win their third straight title. While most of the credit goes to Kevin Durant, Steph Curry, and Klay Thompson, Green's contributions to Golden State's success can't be taken lightly.

The Warriors have a long way to go, but if Green continues this impressive run of his, then it will give the team a bigger chance of hoisting the Larry O'Bried trophy this June.
