Kevin Durant was one of the first players to congratulate his former Golden State Warriors teammate Stephen Curry for his historic milestone on Tuesday night. As it turns out, however, the Brooklyn Nets superstar is feeling a bit left out after he learned about a couple of stunning developments that transpired right after Curry shattered the all-time three-point record.
Like many of us, Durant also caught wind of how Curry gifted some of his Warriors teammates with custom-designed Rolex watches as a sign of his appreciation for them. It looks like KD hasn't gotten his watch yet so he decided to take to Twitter to make his demand from Steph:
Send the Rollie https://t.co/MSiqy1UZp1

Durant actually has a valid point here. It is stated in the graphic that he re-tweeted that he ranks third in total assists on Curry's three-pointers, and this is in spite of the fact that KD played just three seasons with the Warriors. Draymond Green and Andre Iguodala got their own Rolexes and Klay Thompson is reportedly set to get one as well. This only means Durant should get one, too, right? Well, he certainly thinks so.
This is all in good fun, though, and we're pretty sure Durant was just messing around here. All we can say is that he's just extremely proud of what his former Warriors teammate has recently achieved.
