Golden State Warriors star Klay Thompson is set to return on Sunday for his first game in two seasons. This is going to be an exciting time for basketball as he is one of the best that the game has ever had the pleasure of watching. What he does out there is simply mind-blowing as his shooting abilities are something that the game has never seen before.

This is great news for the Warriors because they are going to need everybody back and healthy if they want to finish off their hot start to the season with an NBA championship.

In a recent interview with NBA TV, Klay Thompson of the Warriors talked about how he was left off the NBA top 75 players of all-time list,

“Numbers, all that's cool. But banners hang forever… [To be] snubbed from that list and win a championship, that inspires me every day.”

What he said here is certainly true because the Warriors would not have won a title if he was not on their team. What he does for their offense is something that the Warriors can't get from anybody else and he was a big part of their success. Factor in that he is also a great defender and he's everything that the Warriors needed.

He's going to try to prove everybody wrong who left him off that list by coming out and playing basketball the same way that he did prior to his injury.
