Everybody love everybody! That was perhaps what was in Klay Thompson's mind when the Golden State Warriors hosted the Los Angeles Clippers on Tuesday night at Chase Center.

That's because Thompson had an awesome moment with one of the most legendary pioneers of basketball. Someone who would make Dr. James Naismith extremely jealous if he was alive today. No other than Jackie Moon.

Thompson and actor Will Ferrell, who played Moon in the comedy movie Semi-Pro, had a brief encounter before the tipoff, and of course, it was fantastic (via Warriors).

Just in case you didn't know, Thompson is a huge fan of Semi-Pro, even dressing up as Moon for Halloween in 2018. But of course, he's a Full-Pro. Get it? No?

All lame jokes aside, the Warriors can only hope that there will be more laughs to go around by the end of their game against the Clippers. The squad has been struggling as of late, including a four-game losing streak.

Thompson, Stephen Curry, and Andrew Wiggins all sat out in their loss to the Denver Nuggets on Monday night, but they're back in uniform for the Warriors.

Let's see if Moon's magic got transferred to Thompson, who's been in a funk in their recent outings.

The Warriors might want to watch a tape of Moon and the infamous Flint Tropics.
