Before facing Portland, Klay Thompson converted only 14 of his 48 three-point attempts in their last eight games. Against Portland on Thursday, he shot just 2-for-9 from rainbow country, and also missed all but one of his four free-throw attempts.

But in the second game of their home-and-away series with Portland, Thompson seemed to have found his old touch. He eventually ended up with 32 points on 12-for-21 shooting from the field, and 4-for-4 from the free-throw line, leading the Warriors to a 115-105 win.

Stephen Curry posted 25 points on top of eight assists and five rebounds, while Kevin Durant added 25 points as well. Kevon Looney also had a decent night with 12 points and five rebounds. Draymond Green is still on a scoring slump, though, finishing with just three points but tallied nine rebounds and six dimes.

The Warriors ended their two-game skid and improved to 24-13 to remain second to the 23-11 Denver Nuggets in the Western Conference standings. On the other hand, Portland absorbed their 16th loss in 36 games this season.
