The Golden State Warriors have taken over the NBA in the last few years, transforming into a league darling thanks to the successful ticket and merchandise sales, and their huge success in drawing great TV ratings when showcased in national TV.
Among the underrated fans is none other than TNT's Shaquille O'Neal, who offered Stephen Curry has become his favorite player to watch in the NBA after first doubting his prowess as an offensive force in this league.
“I don't know if (Curry) knows it, but he's my favorite player right now,” said O'Neal in the set of TNT's Players' Only. “When he first came in, he would throw out that stuff and be like ‘it's luck,' but two, three championships later he's still doing that, so that means he's consistent.”
“He's really a great player, I love watching him. If I was a fan and I had to pay to watch somebody… I'd definitely go with Golden State and watch him play.”

Curry is fresh off a 34-point performance against the Brooklyn Nets on Tuesday, and while the game wasn't televised on TNT, there was plenty of his celebratory antics after draining six 3-pointers in the game and coming up with back-to-back steals in the first quarter.
O'Neal has a connection to LeBron James during their short time playing together, but in an analyst perspective, the big fella seems to enjoy and somehow envy someone with Curry's innate shooting ability, which has revolutionized the way the game is being played at this level.
