Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry's incredible 57-point outing against the Dallas Mavericks on Saturday earned him the admiration of both head coach Steve Kerr and Mavs coach Rick Carlisle.
Shortly after Carlisle and the Mavs barely escaped with a 134-32 victory over Stephen Curry and the Dubs at the American Airlines Center, the revered tactician had this to say about the two time NBA MVP's unreal offensive arsenal.
“I don’t know if there’s a harder guy to play in basketball right now than Stephen Curry because of all the different ways he affects the game and just his uncanny ability to make shots from anywhere on the floor,” Carlisle explained (via ESPN's Tim McMahon)
Kerr, who has been coaching Stephen Curry since 2014, admitted he still can't believe how unworldly his shot-making ability is, especially when he gets into the zone.

Stephen Curry has indeed erased pundits' misconceptions about his game this season. Some questioned if he'll ever get-back to his old MVP form following a debilitating battle with injuries last year. Safe to say that the 32-year-old sniper has gotten even better for the Dubs in his 11th season. Curry waxed hot from the opening tip till the final buzzer, draining 11 of his 19 threes and going 19-of-31 from the field overall.
Rick Carlisle tried his best to come up with a defensive plan to try and slow down the 3-time champion in the second half. But his efforts proved futile. In the end, it took a total team effort for the Mavs to pull off the thrilling two-point victory against Stephen Curry's one-man rampage.
