Dwight Howard's Superman days seem to be over, yet the big man showed that he still has lots of gas left in the tank.
In a video posted by the NBA's official Twitter account, Howard flushed a reverse alley-oop slam against his old team in the Atlanta Hawks:

The highlight brings us back to Howard's glory days with the Orlando Magic. It was there when he established himself as one of the finest and most athletic big men in the NBA, leading the Magic to an NBA Finals appearance. He also amassed several individual awards such as being named Defensive Player of the Year for three consecutive seasons, from 2009 to 2011. In addition, he nicknamed himself Superman during the 2008 Slam Dunk Contest which he won.

At 32-years-old, Howard has still shown signs that he can play at a relatively high level. He can still snag rebounds like he used to, out muscle his opponents in the paint, and block or intimidate shots on defense. His numbers are decent enough this season: 16.2 points, 12.2 rebounds, and 1.7 blocks per contest.
Some believe that Howard's prime ended too soon. They say that this is due to his own lack of effort. Towards the latter part of his career, he seemed to have lost the drive, passion, and dedication everyone saw when he was with the Magic.
