It is still unknown when Los Angeles Clippers star Kawhi Leonard will make his return, but if the latest sighting of him is any indication, it doesn't look like it will be long.
Ahead of their showdown with the Golden State Warriors, Leonard was spotted putting up shots from the 3-point line. While it doesn't involve strenuous actions that will put pressure on his knee, seeing him work out is certainly a good development that raises hopes he can make his return this season–possibly in the playoffs if they do make it.

For what it's worth, Clippers head coach Tyronn Lue remains mum on giving any significant update on Kawhi Leonard's status. When asked about the star forward after he was spotted working out, Lue said there is nothing new to say on Leonard's recovery.

The Clippers are in the play-in spots at 34-32 heading to Tuesday's game. However, they are just unable to string wins together given that both Leonard and Paul George are injured.
It remains to be seen if the two will be available if they do make the playoffs, but they certainly can't think about that now since they'll have a tough road ahead waiting for them.
