Los Angeles Clippers guard Lou Williams had a rather amusing response to the recent report that he and his teammates were rubbed the wrong way with how Kawhi Leonard was coddled by the franchise.

According to Jovan Buha and Joe Vardon of The Athletic, players such as Patrick Beverley, Montrezl Harrell and Williams “bristled” when Leonard was allowed to handle his own load management, as well as live in San Diego–causing him to be late for team flights.

Bleacher Report posted a picture on Instagram sharing the said story. Interestingly, Williams responded on the comment section, hilariously asking what “bristled” means. He also called out the Buha and Vardon for the report, urging them to reveal their sources.

For what it's worth, after signing with the Clippers in free agency ahead of the 2019 season, it was revealed that Leonard would take the necessary precautions to make sure he could be healthy in time for the postseason.

As the team announced earlier in the 2019-20 campaign, they would also hold Leonard out during the team's back-to-backs in the regular season.

Unfortunately for the Clippers, even though Leonard seemed 100 percent healthy in the playoffs, they were still upset in the Western Conference Semifinals.

While many believe there's an issue between Kawhi Leonard and his teammates, Lou Williams' comment suggests that's not the case.
