If Kawhi Leonard does end up leaving the Toronto Raptors this summer, the Los Angeles Clippers are considered by most to be the most likely landing spot.
ESPN's Max Kellerman thinks that if the Clippers do acquire Leonard this offseason, they will win the championship next season:
"If Kawhi Leonard goes to the Clippers … the Clippers are winning the NBA title next season."

With Leonard winning a championship with the Toronto Raptors this season and nailing down a Finals MVP, the second of his career, he may very well be the best player in basketball, so the Clippers winning the title with him next year is hardly out of the realm of possibility.
After all, Los Angeles won 48 games and pushed the Golden State Warriors to six games in the first round of the playoffs this season, and young players like Montrezl Harrell, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Ivica Zubac are only going to get better.
Not only that, but the Clippers could have enough cap room to sign two max free agents this summer, so if Leonard signs with the Clips, it's entirely possible that another big-name free agent heads out to Hollywood with him.
Of course, the Clippers would likely need to shed Danilo Gallinari's salary for that to happen, but it's something that is certainly worth noting, as it is not an impossible task.
Leonard spent the first seven seasons of his career with the San Antonio Spurs, winning a championship and a Finals MVP award in 2014.
However, due to a disconnect between Leonard and the Spurs' organization due to his mysterious quad injury last year, Leonard demanded a trade last summer and was dealt to the Raptors.
