Before LeBron James and Dwyane Wade went up against each other for the 30th time, Wade commented on what it's like to play against his best friend. Wade shared he looked forward to the competition but also shared a tidbit on who he thinks is the greatest of all-time.

A video shows Wade being interviewed by former NBA player Caron Butler. Wade said of LeBron:

“He's one of the games greatest players, arguably the greatest. I favor Michael Jordan, he's up there.”

LeBron has always been included in the debates of who's the greatest of all-time. Many believe that he needs to win at least six rings to be included in the same sentence as MJ. Others believe that he has nothing to prove anymore. LeBron James' resume and the narrative that goes along with it is good enough.

Wade, too, has been regarded as one of the greats. Many fans call him the third-best shooting guard of all-time, behind Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant.

Wade and the Heat got the win that night. And after the game, LeBron hinted that it might be their final game playing against each other. Per Ira Winderman of Sun Sentinel:

“At the end of the game, we just kind of had that moment like 15 years strong — as brothers, as teammates, as competitors, as teammates again, as competitors again,” James, 33, said, having entered the NBA together as lottery picks in 2003.

“But our brotherhood is beyond this game of basketball. You just don't take for granted. You just don't know. We'll see what happens in the summer.”
