Is Heat star Bam Adebayo playing in Game 2 vs. Hawks

Not to fear, because while Adebayo might be questionable, he's playing. So says the man himself:

Bam Adebayo had a relatively quiet Game 1 against the Hawks, at least offensively. The young big man had just six points, six rebounds, five assists and four turnovers in 28 minutes. He made just one out of his five shot attempts.

But that was no matter, because Adebayo was picked up plenty by his teammates in a 115-91 win. And, mostly importantly, Bam did his job as the anchor of the Heat's stifling defense. Miami completely shut down Trae Young, forcing him into his worst game of the season. The Hawks star shot just 1-of-12 from the field, and Adebayo deserves part of the credit for that. Atlanta shot just 38.7% from the field as a team.

The Heat should expect Young to be back with a vengeance in Game 2, so it's important for Adebayo to be out there to help slow him down. His ability to protect the rim, switch out on the perimeter and effectively trap and recover are huge for Miami.

So, yes, Bam Adebayo is playing tonight vs. the Hawks in Game 2. The Heat have to be confident about going up 2-0 on this series.
