With Udonis Haslem spending the entirety of his career with the Miami Heat, one can only imagine the kind of stories he knows through his 17 years with the team.
One of his most favorite stories during his time with the Heat was the time Pat Riley injured his hip during a halftime huddle.
Haslem got on a video call with fellow Heat lifer Dwyane Wade and talked about the good old days. They then got to the moment in question where both of them began chuckling uncontrollably. As seen in the video posted by gifdsports on Twitter, the two were definitely having fun at Riley's expense.

“I don't remember what game it was, but he came in at half time. He got mad, he cussed us out, and kicked the door. And when you see his ass in about two weeks, you find out he had hip surgery, a bruised hip from kicking the door. He kicked the door. And we didn't see Riles for about two weeks. Everybody was like, ‘Where's Riles at, man?' Riles snuck out and had hip surgery because he blew out his hip kicking the door,” Udonis Haslem detailed.
Riley is an iconic coach who has seen success with the Los Angeles Lakers and New York Knicks, so it must have taken something for such a veteran coach to act out in anger. However, it is undeniably hilarious to hear that such a respected coach injured his hip for simply losing his cool.
Haslem kept his spot in the roster for being a reliable contributor and locker room presence through seventeen years with the Heat, so we can be sure that there are more stories about life playing for Miami coming up. Fans can be sure to hear more incredible stories like this from the two if we give them more time.
