Brook Lopez has developed a reliable 3-point shot over the past few years, and that was evident more so than ever in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals showdown between the Milwaukee Bucks and Toronto Raptors.
Lopez had a playoff career high of 29 points, 11 rebounds and four blocks to lead the Bucks to a 108-100 victory over the Raptors. Remarkably, Brook also went 4-of-11 from the 3-point territory — something that one wouldn't expect from the 7-foot behemoth three years ago.
As noted by Yahoo Sports, Lopez's four triples made in Game 1 surpassed his 3-point tally during the whole 2015-16 season when he was still with the Brooklyn Nets. During that year, Brook attempted 14 3-pointers and only made two for a 14.3 percent shooting clip.

Obviously, Lopez has made huge strides in the 3-point shooting department since his woeful 2015-16 campaign. The following year, Lopez added long-distance bombers to his arsenal and has made more than 100 triples since then.
In the 2018-19 regular season, the Bucks reaped the rewards of Brook's improved 3-point shooting. The 31-year-old big man made 187 triples, which are the most in his career.
Prior to Game 2 of the East Finals matchup with the Raptors, Lopez has already recorded a total of 16 3-pointers in the 2019 playoffs. Sure enough, that tally is already the most he notched in a playoffs, having made just one triple in his two previous postseason stints.
