In 27 games, Donte DiVicenzo averaged 4.9 points per game on 40.3 percent shooting from the field, as well as 2.4 rebounds and 1.1 assists across 15.2 minutes. The injury has caused him to miss a total of 28 games this season.
In his first year in the NBA, DiVicenzo saw very limited action with the Bucks. Despite this, he proved that he belongs with the big boys, especially after his 15-point performance in 18 minutes in their win over the Orlando Magic in October. In that game, he shot 6-of-9 from the field and 1-of-4 from downtown. He also snagged three rebounds.
In the following game, he logged in 12 points, eight rebounds and two assists. From the looks of it, the Bucks may have an excellent role player in the making in the 22-year-old. The task now is how to keep his body in tiptop shape.
