Since entering the NBA back in 2011, Kemba Walker has made $90,941,401 through his NBA contracts, per Spotrac. The Charlotte Bobcats drafted Walker with the ninth overall pick in the 2011 draft out of UConn.

The first NBA contract Kemba signed was his rookie deal with the Bobcats. Walker signed a two-year, $4.82 million deal. He averaged 12.1 points and 4.4 assists as a rookie and made $1,896,550.

During his second season in the league, Kemba Walker increased his scoring average from 12.1 points to 17.7. He made $2,462,400 and was now the full-time starter for the Bobcats.

Kemba averaged 17.7 points and 6.1 assists in his third year while making $2,568,360. The Bobcats became the Charlotte Hornets for the 2014-15 season. The franchise also signed Walker to a four-year, $48 million rookie-scale extension in October of 2014. The contract was set to kick in during the 2015-16 season.

Kemba Walker made $12 million in 2015-16. He averaged 20.9 points and 5.2 assists and was now firmly recognized as one of the best point guards in the league. Kemba made his first All-Star team during the 2016-17 campaign. He earned $12 million again that year while averaging 23.2 points.

While Walker was an elite talent, the Hornets only made the playoffs twice with him. Kemba loved playing for Michael Jordan but he sensed that his time with the franchise was coming to an end.

After making $12 million in 2017-18 and 2018-19, Walker decided it was time to embark on the next journey of his NBA career.

In the summer of 2019, the Hornets and Boston Celtics completed a sign-and-trade deal that sent Kemba Walker to Boston and Terry Rozier to Charlotte. Walker signed a four-year, $140.79 maximum contract as part of the sign-and-trade deal. He was set to make $32,742,000 in 2019-20 before the season was suspended due to COVID-19.

Kemba and the Celtics were in third place in the East before games were put to a halt. Walker has fit in perfectly in Boston. He was averaging 21.2 points, 4.1 rebounds and 4.9 assists in his first season with the Cs. The All-Star guard is set to make $34,379,100 in 2020-21.
