During the 1995-96 season, Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr was playing for the Chicago Bulls. The Bulls won 72 games during the regular season that year and lost only 10.
One of those losses came to the hands of the Toronto Raptors, who won only 21 games that season. The Bulls had a chance to win the game at the buzzer, but Kerr missed the potential game-winning shot.
Kerr talked about that shot during Friday's media session with Warriors reporters.

“What I remember back then was just coming up here and how intense and passionate the fans were. They were so excited to have the NBA.”
The 1995-96 season was the first year of existence for the Raptors, so it was a big deal for an expansion team to beat the mighty Bulls, who won the title that season against the Seattle SuperSonics.
Kerr and the Warriors lost Game 1 of the 2019 Finals on Thursday to the Raptors. The Warriors are now 0-3 versus Toronto this season. The Dubs, who will be without Kevin Durant again in Game 2, will look to steal home court advantage by winning Game 2.
