Detroit Pistons center Andre Drummond and Portland Trail Blazers point guard Damian Lillard have been named the Eastern and Western Conference Players of the Week for Week 24's action.

For the Pistons, Andre Drummond put up 17.7 points, 18.0 rebounds and 3.7 blocks last week while leading Detroit to a 2-1 stretch.

Damian Lillard, meanwhile, averaged 25.3 points, 5.8 rebounds and 7.3 assists and led the Blazers to a 3-1 mark.

Both Drummond and Lillard fully earned the Players of the Week award.

The Pistons are on their way to making the playoffs for the first time since 2016. Drummond has been a double-double beast all season, averaging 17.3 points and 15.5 rebounds per game twhile shooting 53.0 percent from the field.

Lillard and the Blazers are in fourth place in the Western Conference standings. The four-time All-Star is averaging 26.2 points, 4.6 boards and 6.8 assists per game this campaign while shooting 44.8 percent from the floor, 37.1 percent from beyond the arc and 91.2 percent from the free-throw line.

The last time the Pistons were in the playoffs, they got swept by the Cleveland Cavaliers in the first-round. The Blazers got swept by the New Orleans Pelicans in the first-round of the 2018 postseason. Lillard and the rest of his teammates are eager to atone for it.
