Riley Curry certainly stole the show during her father's press conferences last postseason, but it's a new year and there's some solid competition ready to take the stage.

After the Clippers toppled the Blazers for a Game 1 victory on Sunday night, Ford Wilson Cameron-Griffin, Blake Griffin‘s two and a half year old son, sat with his dad to discuss the big win.

He seemed to enjoy his big chair quite a bit, and as you can see, he couldn't stop throwing glances at pops.

After Griffin mentioned teammate and good friend DeAndre Jordan, Ford couldn't stop saying “D.J.”

According to Beth Harris of the Associated Press, Ford wasn't too disruptive like Riley (although it was still cute and mostly welcomed by the media), not telling his dad to be quiet while never speaking actively into the microphone. His mumbles were adorable, though, and he did manage to get a rye smile out of Blake as he attempted to open a candy bar at one point.

After the interview, Blake gave a few words of encouragement to his son.

”You did good,” Griffin told him just outside the press area.
