A lot has been made of the final few seconds of Game 2 between the San Antonio Spurs and the Oklahoma City Thunder. It was indeed a crazy, crazy finish.
Dion Waiters appeared to throw an elbow at Manu Ginobili while attempting to inbound the ball in a one-point game with under 14 seconds to go, and the lead referee even admitted that he missed the call.
But, when you look at the play closely, you see that Ginobili stepped on the sideline boundary and actually should've been assessed a technical foul as a result.
In the immediate aftermath of the chaos, a number of people in the NBA community took to Twitter to express their opinions on what unfolded.
Waiters foul on Ginobili was the worst missed call in playoff history.

Look forward to the probable apology from the @NBA on that inbound play.. Too bad an apology doesn't do anything tho. #InsideTheNBA

Durant was definitely fouled on the catch, Aldridge was definitely fouled in the paint. Everyone was basically fouled. That was nuts.
