With their win on Monday night against the Miami Heat, the Oklahoma City Thunder improved their record to 6-1 for the season and are currently at the top of the Western Conference standings. It also marks their best start in franchise history through seven games.

Much of the credit has been given to their superstar point guard, Russell Westbrook, for the success they've had so far in the young season. He has continued to produce incredible numbers night in night out and is averaging almost a triple-double with 33.2 points, 9.0 rebounds, and 9.7 assists per game.
