The Oklahoma City Thunder had a hell of an offseason starting with the move to re-sign Paul George to a long-term deal while also dealing away Carmelo Anthony.

Looking back at it now, there was really not much fear in the weeks leading up to free agency that George would walk, but it brought great satisfaction to the organization, the fans, and the city when a star like George, who was largely expected to be a one-year rental, chose a small market team like the Thunder.

Now that most of the team's moves have been made, the focus shifts to training camp and the NBA's preseason, when we'll get our first look at the newly-refined Thunder of Oklahoma City.

On Tuesday, the Thunder announced that they'll be kicking off their preseason against the visiting Detroit Pistons on October 3rd. They'll then travel to Minnesota to take on the Timberwolves on October 5th, followed by back-to-back home games against the Atlanta Hawks and the Milwaukee Bucks on October 7th and 9th, respectively.
