A lot of people didn't think the Portland Trail Blazers would reach the second round, but not Charles Barkley.
The former NBA player and current NBA analyst still stand by his prediction that the Blazers will reach the NBA Finals, even after they lost Game 4 of the Western Conference semi-finals against the Denver Nuggets.

Barkley is one of the few people that believe Portland has what it takes to dethrone the Golden State Warriors, and he's not afraid to say it on national television. The Blazers have been impressive in the playoffs so far, beating the Oklahoma City Thunder in the first round and standing their ground against the Nuggets, the team that has the second best record in the West.
Damian Lillard, CJ McCollum, and Enes Kanter have all been great for the Blazers in their playoff run, but they lost the opportunity to put the Nuggets on the brink of elimination earlier tonight. With Game 5 being played in Denver on Tuesday, Portland will need to bring their A-game to push the series in their favor.
After losing 10 straight games in the playoffs in the past three years, the Blazers are making noise this season. Barkley might be exaggerating a little bit by saying that they'll make it to the Finals, but it's not wrong to agree with him either.
The Blazers are playing with heart, and their setbacks are their primary driving force. They want to prove to the rest of the league that they're a worthy of being recognized as a championship contender, and so far, they have been successful in putting people on notice.
