It's not hard to understand that basketball fans can be some of the most annoying people in the world. When they aren't going at each other about whose teams and players are the best, they are aimlessly taunting other players. Granted, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. However, some fans just go too far. In this case, one fan went directly at Damian Lillard on Twitter and this happened to be an OKC Thunder fan.
After Lillard made comments about being snubbed from recent All-Star games, Westbrook seemingly grew annoyed, especially after his teammate Paul George was snubbed this year (until being named an injury replacement).
Interestingly, Westbrook expressed his irritation for players who “complain about being snubbed.” Lillard would later state that he was disappointed with Westbrook's comments. On Saturday, Lillard led his team to victory over the OKC Thunder, but one fan wasn't having it. The fan lashed out at Lillard on Twitter, and Lillard promptly clapped back.

You prob won’t be a lot of things 🤷🏽♂️… all smiles over here 😀 https://t.co/3mioNLb8PI

Ouch. Lillard is usually a laid-back individual. Though, he has a history of confronting fans with conflicting views. The fan's harsh assessment of Lillard's talent is definitely without basis.
Lillard has led his team to the postseason in the last three years, despite having virtually no help on his team. Even after achieving some postseason success in his career, Lillard has been grossly underrated. Though, the tides can surely turn in his favor. Regardless of if Lillard wins MVP or not, he surely doesn't care what others think.
