So, despite an injury-plagued start to his career, which saw him play only 33 games in his first three seasons with the Philadelphia 76ers, he has led fans to believe that they should “trust the process.”

That strong passion was again seen Wednesday night, when he was reportedly “doubtful” to play due to a hand injury, but suddenly suited up to give another winning performance.

The Sixers will be back on the court Friday, where they will host the Detroit Pistons. Expect Embiid to have a fierce match-up with one of his newest rival, Andre Drummond, who he had an intense back-and-forth weeks ago.
