The Utah Jazz was without starting forward Bojan Bogdanovic for their 95-86 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers on Friday as he was sidelined due to a left ankle sprain. The Jazz announced on Twitter that he is currently questionable to play during their matchup with the Sacramento Kings.

Bogdanovic was only able to play for 24 minutes before suffering his injury against the Thunder. During that time, he managed to record 16 points and three rebounds but shot 1-of-5 (20 percent) from beyond the arc. He started alongside Royce O'Neale on the perimeter in this game.

The Jazz decided to make changes to their lineup against the Lakers. Quin Snyder elected to started Joe Ingles as a result of Bogdanovic being sidelined and decided to swap out O'Neale in favor of Jeff Green. While it remains to be seen what the decision will be for the power forward spot, Bogdanovic will return to his role as the starting small forward when he is back in the lineup.

During the offseason, Bogdanovic signed a four-year, $73.1 million contract with the Jazz. He is coming off an impressive season with the Indiana Pacers that featured averages of 18.0 points and 4.1 rebounds while shooting 42.5 percent from three-point range. He played a pivotal role in the Pacers' offense after Victor Oladipo was sidelined due to a season-ending injury.

More information regarding Bogdanovic's status is expected to come closer to tip-off time.
