The former Miami Heat star bought a stake in the Jazz in April of 2021, making him a minority owner. He's been seen at several Jazz games, including in the 2022 playoffs. Despite Luka Doncic being out hurt, the Jazz are down 2-1 after three games. Saturday's Game 4 is a crucial one in Utah, as they'll look to avoid going down 3-1.
Their collective effort just hasn't been there, as they've had issues on both sides of the court. Offensively, star center Rudy Gobert hasn't given them much. He's averaging 9.3 points per contest, while attempting just 12 shots thus far. Offense has never been his strong suit and his lack of post moves is obvious, but it's hard to imagine they can't get the seven-footer better touches.

Defensively, the Jazz have been abysmal. After allowing just 93 points in their Game 1 win, they have given up 110 and 126 points in the last two games. According to StatMuse, 109 of the Mavs' 121 three-point attempts in the series have been “open.” That's a concerning stat for the Jazz's defensive state, particularly their guards.
In the picture at the facility, Wade is working with journeyman center Juancho Hernangomez. Hernangomez has had a limited role in the series, playing 18 minutes while yet to register a point yet. The bench member has managed to grab six rebounds in those minutes.
For Jazz fans' sake, let's hope Wade's knowledge and advice in practice helps them moving forward in the series. The team desperately needs a wake-up call or else they'll be sent home sooner rather than later.
