The Utah Jazz have been flying through their games this season with relative ease, but birds may have something to say about that. Following Utah's lopsided win over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Monday, their team plane experienced some issues due to birds hitting it, via Andrea Urban of Fox13.

With the Jazz scheduled to face the Memphis Grizzlies on Wednesday, Utah was preparing to head to Memphis on Tuesday. But shortly after the plane got into the air, they had to land back on the ground after they suffered engine problems due to the birds.

There was damage done to the engine and the crew is working on getting it fixed as soon as possible. Despite the scary incident, the Jazz are expected to take flight again for Memphis at some point on Tuesday, per True Hoop's Henry Abbott.

During Monday's victory over the Cavaliers, the Jazz dominated on both sides of the court as they defeated Cleveland 114-75 to conclude a four-game homestand. Utah has won eight of their last 10 games, including their current six-game winning streak, to extend their lead in the Western Conference to 3.5 games ahead of the Phoenix Suns.

The Jazz have shown no signs of slowing down this season, and it remains to be seen if any team can prevent them from making a deep playoff run. AsUtah has won 28 out of their 35 wins by double-digits, birds seem to be the only things that can slow down the team at this point in the season.
