Stephen Curry gets hot like no other. Kevin Durant is unstoppable. Klay Thompson is as deadly a shooter as anyone in the NBA. For all these elite talents that the Golden State Warriors boasts of, one player holds the team together and he's the ultimate glue guy in Draymond Green.

The All-Star power forward literally contributes to every major statistical category, making him one of the best all-around players in the league today. Aside from that, Green's menacing defense has earned him a Defensive Player of the Year award just last season, and rightfully so.

However, the former Michigan State Spartan still holds one weakness and that is his temper. The one thing that drives Green to become the Warriors' spark plug has also, ironically, caused his downfall one too many times. In fact, some argue that his antics in the 2016 NBA Finals caused Golden State the perfect ending to their record-breaking 73-win season.

This part of Green is what opponents have been trying to attack. He further cements this fact during the postgame press conference following their win over the Oklahoma City Thunder, via Mark Medina of The Mercury News.

So far, Green's technical foul count is toeing the line. With 15 in total, although his last was a highly questionable call by the referee, the Warriors' do-it-all star is a whistle away from being slapped with a one-game suspension.

That is a too-early predicament to find himself in with the All-Star break only a few days past.

Furthermore, the Warriors are neck and neck with the Houston Rockets for the league's top overall seed. While Green and Kevin Durant may not be sweating over this fact, having the home-court advantage throughout the playoffs is a nice lifeline to have, especially if a series goes into a Game 7.

However, the Warriors need Green's presence at any game for that matter.
