Draymond Green once again made a lot of headlines earlier this week when he blasted the NBA's L2M Report and called  it “pointless.” He made it known that he is not a fan and questioned why the league even had to come up with it and judge the last two minutes of close games.

Consequently, the NBA referees took to their Twitter account to let the public know that they agree with the Golden State Warriors forward's opinion. They also cited how it amplifies the mistakes some of them make during the most important part of games.

Since the L2M Reports were created, it has always been controversial as it points out missed calls which affects the outcome of a game. However, results are not overturned and games are not re-played to rectify the mistakes leaving countless of questions on the minds of many as to its real worth.

With the referees association making their thoughts known, it will be interesting to find out how the NBA will respond and if there will be changes made to the L2M Reports. For now, it will still continue to be made for games decided by five points or less, and it can be expected that it will remain controversial.
