The Washington Wizards have not had a healthy Otto Porter all postseason long as he's dealt with a leg injury, and it's shown in decreased averages across the board. According to Washington Post Wizards reporter Candace Buckner, Porter has been dealing with a leg contusion and will miss the remainder of the first round series against the Toronto Raptors.
BREAKING: Otto Porter Jr. is undergoing a small procedure on his left leg today to address a build up of blood flow in the area of his contusion, the Washington Post has learned.
He is OUT for Game 6, as well as the rest of the series if it continues.

An MRI Porter had done on his leg revealed some concerning build up of blood flow surrounding the impacted area of his leg. Buckner adds that he is having the procedure done and will be out for the the rest of the series.
A few more details, as it's been explained to me:
Otto Porter Jr. had an MRI today and the doctor did not like seeing the build up around the contusion of his left leg.
Porter is currently having the procedure. Again, he is OUT for tonight & the series.

After averaging 14.7 points, 6.4 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 1.5 steals and 1.8 three pointers per game on 50.3 percent shooting and 44.1 percent from beyond the arc, Porter's numbers have seen a slight decline in the playoffs. He's averaging 10 points, 5.0 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 1.2 steals, and 1.0 blocks on 48.8 percent shooting and 41.7 percent from beyond the arc. He's failed to score in double-figure in three of the five games, and hasn't scored more than 12 points in a single game after a career scoring year for him.

The Wizards will now be forced to try and win Game 6 on their home floor without their third-best player, and one who has been rapidly improving since he was drafted in 2013. Even if the Wizards do somehow pull off the upset and defeat the Raptors at home, they'll have to go into Toronto and beat them again in a winner-take-all Game 7 on Sunday.
