Brooklyn Nets big man DeAndre Jordan is one of the fittest players in the Association. He also has a huge passion off the court that's a testament to his physique: cooking. Jordan has partnered with PlayersTV to release an eight-part series showcasing his culinary skills, with various chefs set to feature on the show.

The show will be called “Cooking Clean” and each episode will have a different guest on it where together, they'll highlight a new vegan recipe. Episodes will be 30 minutes in length.

The show is an extension of Mindful Life, a lifestyle brand Jordan launched last year in partnership with PlayersTV to tell stories around all aspects of his wellness journey and passions.

DeAndre Jordan recently spoke about this new journey.

“Living a mindful life is transformative for your mind, body, spirit, and it’s much simpler than people think,” he said.

“I launched Mindful Life last year with PlayersTV to invite audiences to join me on my wellness journey as I explore the many ways to practice mindfulness in our everyday lives. Cooking Clean is one part of that journey, since what you put in your body
affects your overall well-being.”

Obviously, Jordan is currently busy trying to win a title with the Nets, but clearly, he's a health aficionado who wants to explore other opportunities as his career winds down.

And if you weren't familiar with PlayersTV, ClutchPoints has recently teamed up with the athlete-owned TV Network. Expect some big things ahead in this partnership.
