Jared Dudley says Brooklyn “is going to be on fire” with point guard Kyrie Irving and small forward Kevin Durant on the Nets now.

Irving and Durant agreed to four-year deals with the Nets on the first day of free agency. The two superstars also brought center DeAndre Jordan with them.

Jared Dudley agreed to a deal with the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday, but the veteran small forward will always have a lot of love for Brooklyn and the Nets.

Kevin Durant will likely miss the entire 2019-20 season recovering from his right Achilles tear, but the Barclays Center is still going to be electric with Kyrie Irving, DeAndre Jordan, Spencer Dinwiddie, Caris LeVert and Jarrett Allen in the fold. The Nets made the playoffs this past season with D'Angelo Russell as the lone All-Star. Now, the team has two All-Stars in Irving and Jordan and a two-time Finals MVP in KD who will be available in 2020.

Brooklyn also agreed to deals with Garrett Temple and Wilson Chandler, two veterans who can shoot the ball well from deep and defend at a high level.

The Nets have taken over New York. The Knicks are a walking disaster and didn't even get a meeting with Irving or Durant despite having cap space to sign both stars.
