It's not everyday you see a player of Kevin Durant's caliber end up in an embarrassing situation. However, that is exactly what Milwaukee Bucks duo Jrue Holiday and Giannis Antetokounmpo did to the Brooklyn Nets star.
Midway through the third quarter of the Nets-Bucks Game 4, Durant fell victim to a Holiday nutmeg. What's more frustrating for KD is that it led to an Antetokounmpo dunkâof which he wasn't able to do anything but watch.
Adding insult to injury, the Greek Freak really flexed after the dunk as if telling Durant and Blake Griffin âyou can't stop this.â
Here's another angle of the nutmeg:
While Kevin Durant probably won't think too much about it, especially since it's only two point at the end of the day, it certainly doesn't add much confidence to the Nets that the Bucks are getting their way in the crucial showdown.
It came after Kyrie Irving was ruled out for the rest of the game with a gruesome ankle injury, adding to the Nets' injury list that already includes fellow All-Star James Harden who is dealing with a hamstring issue.
Durant surely won't focus too much on one annoying play as he has a bigger fish to fry. With his two star teammates down, he will have to take the lead and really step up against the Bucks.
