Washington Redskins defensive coordinator Jack Del Rio created quite the stir on Twitter after his stream of tweets on Tuesday night. Del Rio replied to a tweet, saying he was 100 percent “for America” and if you aren't he made it clear that you could “kiss [his] a$$.”

Del Rio also went after Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez for a tweet that has proven to be fabricated. With everything going on in today's world facts are important, and the tweet that Del Rio retweeted was lacking that. Del Rio also tweeted out his support for President Donald Trump.

The last tweet supporting Trump could be the one that causes some issues going forward. Trump has made it very clear his feelings about players kneeling for the National Anthem.

Redskins running back Adrian Peterson has already made clear that he will be kneeling during the 2020 season.

“Just four years ago, you're seeing Kaepernick taking a knee, and now we're all getting ready to take a knee together going into this season, without a doubt,” Peterson said via ESPN.

Peterson said he hopes that a lot of players decide to take a knee to really put the pressure on the league.

“We've got to put the effort in as a group collectively. Are they going to try to punish us all? If not, playing football is going to help us save lives and change things, then that's what it needs to be,” Peterson said.

Redskisn coach Ron Rivera has already said he will support players kneeling during the anthem. Even though Rivera is okay with it, could we see some pushback from Del Rio?
