Arizona Cardinals quarterback Josh Rosen has not seen much action thus far in the preseason. It appears that won't change in the finale versus the Denver Broncos.

There is no doubt Cardinals fans would have liked to see Rosen get more snaps in during the preseason. The 10th overall pick completed 16-of-29 passes for 148 yards and a touchdown in two exhibition games before he was sidelined with an injured thumb on his throwing hand. That said, it is clear the Cardinals are not going to risk any further injury in the preseason.

Rosen will enter the regular season as the backup to quarterback Sam Bradford. The veteran was brought in to help bring some stability to the offense. However, there is still plenty of uncertainty given his track record with injuries. Arizona needs to make sure the rookie is ready to go at any given moment.

With Rosen out, the Cardinals will look to quarterbacks Mike Glennon and Chad Kanoff to help them finish the preseason undefeated. The team need all the momentum it can get as they prepare to take on what is expected to be a formidable NFC West led by the defending division champion Los Angeles Rams.
