The Cleveland Browns' efforts to complete their coaching staff is on full steam in preparation for next season. One of the men they're seriously considering to join the team as the offensive coordinator is San Francisco 49ers passing game coordinator Mike LaFleur.

LaFleur is the brother of Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur, so it's obvious that the quality of offensive football is terrific. He's helped Jimmy Garoppolo become one of the most exciting quarterbacks to watch in football. Playing against Green Bay in the NFC Championship Game will be the perfect barometer for the Browns if the other LaFleur brother is worth bugging the San Francisco front office for.

The Browns have been in a state of flux ever since letting both John Dorsey and Freddie Kitchens go at the end of the regular season. Kevin Stefanski has been named as the head coach after serving as the offensive coordinator for the Minnesota Vikings. They're trying to find the best persons to fill the roles of coordinators for the teams as they have a talented but frustrated roster to bring to playoff contention next season.
